Clean + Organized - Sink Scrubbing

Clean + Organized 2012 is all about cleaning routines - starting one, continuing it, and making a cleaning routine work for you.  If you're new here and want some great cleaning printable freebies, you can go here to snag some.

Today, I have a simple kitchen cleaning tip for you - scrub out your kitchen sink in the evenings after you've loaded the dishwasher and washed the dishes in the sink.  I use an old dish brush, a squirt of dishwashing soap, a little hot water and scrub away.  When I'm done scrubbing, the dish brush gets rinsed and tossed in the dishwasher.  What does this accomplish?  A clean sink, no dishes in the sink, and a clean counter, ready for the next morning's mahem.

How about you?  Do you have an easy-to-implement cleaning tip to share?

  1. I love when I'm able to scrub down my sink & counters at night. It's so nice to come downstairs in the early morning and see NO DISHES sitting all over!!! =)
