  1. What about apps? My favorite to do list app is todo by appigo. It lets you set one time or repeating task, checklists and lots of other cool features. Love it.

  2. I got this idea from the White House cleaning staff. No Joke. Utilize one of the (old) Rolodex (or similar business card/information holder) and categorize jobs by room, floor, location, etc. They may be categorized into daily, weekly, monthly, etc, as well. The staff also suggested starting in the same place/same task for each room and just work your way around, from top to bottom.
