I have been looking for something for my daughter's room that she could hang her dress-up necklaces and purses from for about six months. Then it came to me that I had an "old" mirror in the basement with hooks that would be perfect for the little dress-up spot in her bedroom.
I hung the mirror in a little spot by her door.
We hung a couple dress-up favorites on the hooks and now she has her own little dress-up spot.
Bonus: I moved something from a box in the basement upstairs and checked off something on my DONE! list. We have a busy weekend planned, but hopefully I can check off a couple more items to share with you.

Very cute little Mirror!

found your blog from FFF, happy friday. Love the idea of dress-up mirror...I might try to do that with our kid's room, although I'm really having a hard time decorating it as it's a boy and girl room.
ReplyDeletevery cute!! I haven't done much on my to do list this week, unfortunately.

What a cute idea! I love repurposing, and I'm lovin' checking things off my DONE list! As always, thanks for the motivation...
ReplyDeleteI love the idea of putting the hooks on the bottom part of the frame. I have a mirror that I re-finished for my daughters room and I'm still deciding if I should add knobs...
ReplyDeleteHa, I have this same mirror! From Potter Barn, right? Mine's hanging in the entry way. How nice that now your daughter has a cute little mirror in her room. Great idea!
ReplyDeleteI'm loving your checking it off the to do list series! Thanks for linking up.
