This (here's the link) is my favorite pumpkin anything recipe (actually it's a bread recipe, but I like to make it into muffins). The perfect combination of savory and sweet. I like to use the organic canned pumpkin because it has a more pumpkin-y flavor and makes the muffins a bit darker and I don't do nuts in the muffins, just mini chocolate chips. Orange and black in color - just right for the harvest and Halloween season.
Here are a couple other pumpkin-y recipes that you might want to try:
Do you have a favorite pumpkin recipe?
I have enjoyed your site alot. I joined a little while ago. Thank you for this recipe. I love pumpkin stuff especially with chocolate. I posted a few pumpkin recipes on my blog also a little while back. http://www.elementsofhomeandcountry.com/?p=315
ReplyDeleteI'm excited to see this recipe. I tried a different pumpkin bread recipe last week and I didn't love it. I might have to give this one a try this weekend.
ReplyDeleteI've been looking for a good pumpkin muffin recipe. This looks perfect!! Thanks!
ReplyDeleteDuring the fall, I enjoy Pumpkin Spice Granola. I can't get enough of it, but ONLY eat it during the fall. I've also got a Pumpkin Bread with Pecan Streusel that I adore. The recipe you linked to sounds delicious! I keep seeing the pumpkin and chocolate combo, but I haven't tried it yet. Two things I love...can't go wrong!
