It's Day 17 of 31 Days to a Clean House!
I made a printable for us to track our progress, you could just take it and run, but I think you'll like the daily motivation and tips and tricks that this series will provide. So come back every day for the assignment and check off your progress as we go. You can go here to grab the free printable.
If you want to keep up on other daily cleaning tasks using my simple routine you can check out my free October cleaning schedule - to learn more about my cleaning routine and how I make cleaning a little bit every day an easy and manageable thing that we do. I have more free printables here too!
As we make our way through our kitchens, today we're going to do day one of the pantry. Tomorrow we'll organize our pantries, but today I just want you to do a little sorting, cleaning, and tossing.
Just 3 steps:
1. go through your pantry - and get rid of anything that is old, expired, and/or can be donated to your local food pantry.
2. put like items together - organizing 101, but it really helps in making your pantry pretty
3. wipe down shelves if necessary
Tomorrow I'll be back with how I organize my pantry - I've got some great ideas for you!
just finished cleaning out the pantry of all the old food, not a lot but of course I discovered bugs in my flour. Hate that, forgot to tell my kids to put it into the freezer first before storing to kill anything inside. That's what happens when everyone is in a hurry:) Glad to find it now though, thanks for the encouragement
