Thanks for playing along!
Today is another day of cleaning and decluttering kid spaces and places - today I'm going to tackle the toy box in the family room. I love this version of a toy box because the kids can toss their toys in themselves and they are easy to find even if they are a jumbled mess. When I was looking for a toy box, this is the one that I wanted, but I didn't want to spend that much on a piece of furniture that won't be used forever. So I found this one here and am perfectly happy with it. For half the price, I'll take it! Let's get started!
Before:
Here's what I did:
Step 1: Set timer for 15 minutes
Step 2: Toy box.
Step 3: Quickly sort into three groups (pack away/donate, relocate, and put back in toybox).
Step 4: Spray down toybox with Basic H2 (all-purpose formulation) and wipe clean with a rag (yes, it works beautifully on wood).
Step 5: Organize the space.....
Time's Up! Put your "relocate" items away.
After:
Nice de-clutter job! Now you just have to make the kids keep up the with organizing. :)
