Today's little bit: light fixtures
I'm using my electrostatic extendable duster to dust every light fixture in my home. Start at the top of the light fixture and go down to the bottom of the fixture and bulbs until every fixture is clean and dust-free. You can also take down the shades and wash (I like to use the H2 or Dish Wash Concentrate for this) them each individually, this will take a lot more time, but will give you a perfectly clean shade/globe.
I do a quick dust of all my fixtures weekly, so mine are sort of done. I have been gone all day, but maybe I will wash them this weekend.
ReplyDeleteanother idea for blinds is to do what you said but then power wash them. it really helped clean our blinds that i had forgotten to clean
