Baking Week - Pancake Mix

Looking for a quick gift to take to a mom or a new neighbor?  Maybe you need to give yourself a gift of a hot breakfast on Mother's Day.  Here's my gift to you - a great pancake mix recipe that you store in your freezer for a quick hot breakfast.  I made a printable recipe for you and a sheet of 4 labels (2 different ones) that you can use to give as a gift or to label your own container.
So, stir up a batch of pancake mix - give a jar away to someone that needs a hot breakfast and store a container in the freezer for your family.

Click here for the pancake mix recipe download and here for the label download.   Enjoy!

  8. Food gifts are really great for any occasion. I love it when someone shares a special recipe or mix with me. Especially in these hard economic times, I think folks can use gifts like these for the whole family to enjoy! Rory
