I use this recipe from King Arthur Flour - Fudge Brownies. I don't add the espresso powder and I usually add a half recipe of this (Hershey's Lickety Split) frosting to the top. Perfect for a birthday or special celebration. I also really like the King Arthur Flour Double Dutch Dark Cocoa. I add a cup of chocolate chips to the batter for an extra chocolately brownie - yum!

Anyone have a favorite brownie recipe to share?
That looks so good! My favorite is from Hershey's Kitchen. The recipe says to melt unsweetened chocolate, but I use the unsweetened chocolate in the small pack that is in liquid form. They turn out so fudge like!
ReplyDeleteYes, I have a home made brownie recipe from my SIL, it's sooooo good!

These look good. I'll have to try them. I recently was on a quest to find a REALLY good homemade brownie recipe. Had to be better than a box to impress my husband.
