Today I'd like to share some quick cleaning/organizing tips with you. We all need a quick clean up around the house before an unexpected guest arrives, before dinner or bedtime or at the end of a busy week. Today I'm going to share with you three different plans for quick clean ups, depending on how much time you have for your quick clean. No assessing the situation, just take your time into consideration and start your quick clean up and declutter.
So how much time do you have?
15 minutes - run around and quickly clean what is visibly dirty
30 minutes - take a bit more time to clean what is visibly dirty and what can be cleaned using a little more time
60 minutes - this could easily be a weekly cleaning schedule
A couple quick tips with the list?
- set your timer
- no distractions
- quick declutter might mean tossing items in a laundry basket and hiding in a closet to sort through later
- spot clean = clean what is visibly dirty
- cleaning wipes are great for quick cleaning and disposal
- add tasks that you need to do for your home
You can go here to grab your own Quick Clean Ups - Just Start Cleaning printable. Next time you need to clean up in a hurry, grab the list and check your way through it to a quickly cleaned up home.

Becky, I LOVE your printables. They are always exactly what I need! You are so totally awesome!!! Thanks again for helping make my Monday morning a bit brighter!! Renee
ReplyDeleteI feel like spot cleaning is mostly how I clean these days! It always feels good to do a good thorough cleaning, though.
ReplyDeleteKeeping a cleaning schedule is pretty useful, and having a printable like that seems a good idea for it, too. Anyways, having some vinegar around is mighty useful for cleaning. You can use it as a multi-purpose cleaner: for your floor, dishwashers, window treatments, etc...
ReplyDeletewhat a great idea! too bad i can't read the font color...
