In lieu of an advent calendar this year, I'm wrapping up 24 Christmas and Winter books, adding a number label to each wrapped book and putting all the books in a basket for us to read one every day in December. This isn't a new idea, I'm just putting my own spin on it and turning it into a freebie for you too!
Here's how I made our Advent Calendar, Christmas book style:
collected all of our Christmas books
I printed the numbers out on full sheet label paper (I use this type), but you could print them on cardstock and glue the circles to wrapping paper
and now we're ready for the advent season - I love an Advent activity!
I also included a sheet of gift labels too that you can print on sticker paper or on cardstock. You can go here to grab the labels.
Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, enjoy!

ReplyDeleteHi Becky, We do this too! It's so much fun to open something every day and get a special story as well. Thanks for the labels.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the free printable labels. We are having a Christmas Book Advent this year and they were a great time saver for me.
