Make Your Own Bag Tags and Labels

Here's a fun little DIY that can go in hundreds of directions.  I added a new printable to the shop this weekend - Bag Tags.  This is a great way to label/identify/remind ourselves on bags, purses, baskets, bins, anything that needs a cute little tag.  Whether you buy a label sheet from me or make them yourself, here's a little tutorial on how to make a bag tag.
Print out your sheet of bag tags:
Cut the labels out in strips - keeping the picture and list together and fold in half:
I used a corner rounder tool to make the edges pretty:
Use some type of clear adhesive paper/laminator to sandwich the label together - I used this type:
Follow the instructions on the laminating sheet and make them into tags:
Cut them into individual tags, hole punch the corner, add ribbon.
Tag your bags/baskets/bins!
I am linking this tutorial up to some of my favorite linky parties this week.

  1. Cute idea! I just might try this - so many bins and bags in my kids rooms - this would make it SO much easier to find things.
